The service
BlurSite is a browser extension and companion web platform that lets you blur content on webpages during screen sharing, recording, and presentations. These terms apply to your use of both. By creating an account or purchasing a license you agree to them. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license key confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately via the support page if you believe your account or key has been compromised — we can issue a fresh key at any time.
License
Purchasing a plan grants you a non-transferable license to use the BlurSite extension on up to the number of active browsers included in your plan — perpetual for Lifetime plans; for Yearly plans, one year at a time, renewing automatically each year until you cancel auto-renewal from your dashboard (you keep access until the end of the year you paid for). Keys may not be resold or shared publicly.
Acceptable use
BlurSite is a privacy tool for hiding your own sensitive information during screen sharing. You may not use it to misrepresent information, deceive others, or attempt to circumvent license limits, probe, or disrupt the service.
Payments & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment processing, sales tax, invoicing, and refunds. Prices are listed in US dollars; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We never see or store your card details. All plans include a 5-day refund policy — see the refund policy page. When a refund is issued, or a payment is disputed, the associated license is deactivated.
Termination
We may suspend licenses obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard; deleting your account deactivates your license.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is”. Blurring happens in your browser in real time — you remain responsible for verifying that sensitive content is blurred before sharing your screen. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes we will update the date above and notify account holders by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. For any questions about these terms, contact us via the support page.
