BlurSite is a small, independent product made by Bhotai Tech Solutions.

Why BlurSite exists

Sharing your screen puts everything on it in front of other people: inbox previews, customer names, revenue, API keys. For recordings, the usual fix is blurring in a video editor afterwards, which takes time and does nothing for a live call.

BlurSite moves the blur to before you share. It blurs parts of the webpage itself, so whatever you hide stays hidden in Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, Loom, OBS or any other tool, live or recorded.

Who builds it

Adarsh · Founder & developer

A software developer with almost four years of experience who likes building small tools that solve real, everyday problems, and BlurSite is one of them. Away from the keyboard: long rides, travelling to new places, badminton, chess, and Google and other tech meetups.

The company

BlurSite is owned and operated by Bhotai Tech Solutions, based in India. It is the developer name on the BlurSite Chrome Web Store listing. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

How we handle your data

The pages you visit and blur never leave your browser. The extension validates your license with our server and, unless you switch it off, sends anonymous usage counts. The privacy policy lists exactly what is collected.
