Is this a subscription?

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase — pay once, use it forever, including future updates. The Yearly plan renews automatically each year — you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid year.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome and all Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Opera) at launch. Firefox and Safari support are on the roadmap.

What does "active browsers" mean?

Each browser profile where you activate your license key counts as one active browser. You can deactivate a device anytime from your dashboard to free up a slot.

Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams?

Yes. BlurSite blurs the webpage itself, so the blur is visible in any screen-sharing or recording software — Zoom, Meet, Teams, Loom, OBS, and more.

Is my data safe?

BlurSite never reads, stores, or transmits the content of the pages you blur. Blur settings are stored locally in your browser.

What if I lose my license key?

Use the license recovery page — enter your purchase email and we will send you a fresh key. You can also manage it from your account dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we offer a 5-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all plans.

Can my team share one license?

The Startup plan supports up to 10 active browsers, so a small team can share one key. For larger teams, contact us.
